 * Klassifizierung & Bearbeitung von IT-Tickets
 * Diagnose und Lösung von 1st Level Tickets
 * Identifikation von wiederkehrenden Problemen und Entwicklung von Lösungen zur Verbesserung der IT- Services
 * Unterstützung und Schulung der Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Umgang mit IT-Systemen
 * Pflege des IT-WIKI (Wissensdatenbank) und Erweiterung der Schulungsunterlagen
 * Vorbereitung und Installation der IT-Hardware
 * Weiterleitung komplexer Probleme an die höhere Support Ebene
