 * Fundiertes Verständnis dezentraler Energiesysteme, von Microgrid-Betriebsarten und energiewirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen, insbesondere EnWG, §14a, EEG sowie relevanter europäischer Anforderungen
 * Erfahrung darin, fachliche Anforderungen in umsetzbare Produkt- oder Softwareanforderungen zu überführen
 * Gutes Verständnis relevanter Technologien, Standards und Schnittstellen, z. B. EMS, SCADA, IEC 61850, Modbus, OPC UA und MQTT
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten im Austausch mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
 * Du nutzt bereits KI-Tools oder hast Interesse, dich in diesem Bereich weiterzuentwickeln
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Du analysierst Markttrends, regulatorische Entwicklungen und Kundenbedürfnisse im Energiemarkt in Deutschland - mit Blick auf Europa.
 * Du übersetzt fachliche und regulatorische Anforderungen in konkrete Anforderungen für digitale Produkte und Softwarelösungen.
 * Du unterstützt Produktmanager, Product Owner und Entwicklungsteams bei der Definition, Priorisierung und Validierung von Use Cases, Features und Fachkonzepten.
 * Du bringst dein fachliches Verständnis für Energy Management, Microgrids und dezentrale Energiesysteme in die Entwicklung marktfähiger digitaler Lösungen ein.
 * Du bewertest Lösungsansätze im Hinblick auf fachliche Eignung, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Skalierbarkeit und Integrationsfähigkeit.
 * Du bewertest technische Zusammenhänge und Lösungsansätze - etwa im Umfeld von EMS, SCADA, Kommunikationsprotokollen sowie der Integration von Erzeugern, Speichern und steuerbaren Verbrauchern - hinsichtlich fachlicher Eignung, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Skalierbarkeit und Integrationsfähigkeit.
 * Du kommunizierst souverän mit Fachbereichen, Technik, Management und externen Stakeholdern.
