 * Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit und Störungsbehebung (Second-Level-Support).
 * Überwachung der IT-Infrastruktur und Steuerung externer Dienstleister bei Störungen.
 * Mitarbeit in DevOps-Projekten: Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme, Konzepterstellung, Mitwirkung bei Beschaffung.
 * Dokumentation der Systeme und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen.
