## About the Role

Betriebswirte/Fachwirte/Fachkaufleute (Fachschulniveau), * Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der IT, z.B. als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Bei entsprechender Berufserfahrung sind auch Quereinsteiger denkbar

 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Microsoft 365-Diensten
 * Erfahrung mit Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Intune, Conditional Access und Security & Compliance Center
 * Verständnis für IT-Sicherheitsstandards und Datenschutzanforderungen
 * Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im IT-Support und in der Anwenderbetreuung
 * Erfahrung mit PC-Installation und -Konfiguration, Softwareverteilung, Netzwerkdrucker und Lizenzmanagement
 * Routinierte Nutzung von Helpdesk-Werkzeugen, wie Remote Control, Softwareverteilung, ITSM sowie Fehleranalyse und Dokumentation
 * Kenntnisse in der Automatisierung mit PowerShell von Vorteil
 * ITIL Zertifizierung von Vorteil
 * Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit
 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
