## Description

* Lead a software team, providing technical leadership to team members

 * Develop schedules and management tools to plan, execute, and monitor software development activities

 * Lead the team in Agile practices.

Leadership Responsibilities:

 * Perform functional leadership responsibilities, including workforce management (re-assignments, placements, recruitment, and selection of new employees, and terminations)

 * Personnel management (training, mentoring, career development, performance, and compensation management)

 * Collaborate with the THAAD program and the THAAD Ground Software Engineering organization

 * Support communications with all levels of employees, customers, and industry, including engineers through executives
