Get started now, we look forward to meeting you.., We are looking for a Staff Infrastructure Architect in our Minneapolis or NYC office to own multi-cloud infrastructure architecture, Kubernetes platform strategy, and high availability across a product-led engineering organization of roughly 250 engineers. This is a staff level individual-contributor role with broad technical influence and no direct reports. You will partner closely with engineering teams/leaders to anticipate infrastructure needs, shape platform strategy, and ensure the environment is ready for growth before capacity, reliability, or integration challenges become blockers. The role is highly technical, with a focus on multi-cloud architecture, Kubernetes at scale, infrastructure-as-code, and maintaining a 99.95% uptime target. You will also play a key role in acquisition integration, architecture standards, and evaluating AI tooling that improves infrastructure and operational productivity.
