The senior business analyst does this by providing internal and external customers with the analysis to make informed strategic decisions. Analysts primarily support the sales, marketing and customer experience departments, serving as the central point for analytical themed projects. Roles & Responsibilities: * Analysts will be expected to facilitate work meetings, ask the right questions, and actively listen to colleagues to take in new information and build relationships. A project's success may revolve around the analyst's ability to communicate things like project requirements, changes, and testing results. * Business analysts work to build a shared understanding of problems, outline the parameters of the project, and determine potential solutions for their customers. * Must have proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, with a strong understanding of insurance data and its impact on business operations. * Act as an intermediary between a variety of people with various types of personalities: clients, developers, users, management, and information technology (IT). * Assess multiple choices before leading the team toward a solution.
