Advanced Excel is expected; SQL and/or Power BI experience is highly desirable. * Experience with ERP testing, UAT, data conversion, integrations, or implementation troubleshooting. * Some EDI knowledge or implementation exposure is preferred, but deep EDI specialization is not required. * Able to learn unfamiliar systems and business processes quickly. * Strong written documentation and verbal communication skills. ## Description ERP Business Systems Analyst with hands-on ERP implementation experience. This resource will work directly with the ERP Project Lead and closely with business SMEs, ERP vendor resources, developers, and IT. You will take ownership of business and technical problems, work them through to resolution, and reduce the day-to-day execution load on the ERP Project Lead. This is not primarily a project coordinator role; we need a problem solver who can be given an outcome and determine how to get there.
