The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in wireless technologies, RF planning, spectrum management, network architecture, and enterprise networking, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and work closely with customers, vendors, engineers, and business stakeholders., * 5-7 years of IT experience with significant experience in wireless/network architecture. * Strong knowledge of wireless communication technologies and protocols, including: + LTE + 5G NR + IEEE 802.11 / Wi-Fi * Experience designing and implementing enterprise wireless network architectures. * Strong experience with RF planning, spectrum management, and network topology design. * Experience with Private 5G, CBRS, DAS, RAN, Wi-Fi, and/or IoT networks. * Strong understanding of enterprise networking and wireless infrastructure. * Experience evaluating wireless technologies and developing technology integration strategies. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills. * Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills. * Experience working with network engineers, vendors, customers, and business stakeholders. * Knowledge of wireless network security and telecommunications compliance standards. * Strong technical documentation and communication skills. * Ability to work full-time onsite in Houston, Texas.
