Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree. * Knowledge of fundamental statistical concepts (e.g. reversion to the mean). * Knowledge of major issues in economic mobility and poverty alleviation (e.g. racial wealth gaps). * Skill in upper-intermediate MS Excel functionality (e.g. FILTER, DATEDIF). ## Description * Take responsibility for daily operations of FSS and other economic mobility programs. * Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise outside the confines of standard processes. * Identify and act on opportunities for operational improvement. * Build strong working relationships with partners (including site teams, owner clients and service providers) to collaboratively achieve positive economic mobility outcomes for residents. (Travel to program sites is required up to an estimated 1-2x/month) * Maintain a strong knowledge of economic mobility programs, sites, and regulatory requirements. * Collect, sanitize, store, and load program data. * Generate and distribute regular and ad hoc reports. * Analyze data for insights and program evaluation. * Conduct research into resources, industry best practices, and other topics relevant to FSS and economic mobility programs. * Ideate promising economic mobility programs and strategies. * Formulate policy and procedures in alignment with the strategic direction and goals of Connected Communities and the Economic Mobility department. * Other duties as assigned.
