 - Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik, IT-Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM) sowie Cloud-, Monitoring-, Backup- und Betriebsumgebungen
 - Erfahrung im IT-Service-Management (ITSM) sowie mit Service Levels, Support-, Incident-, Eskalations- und nachhaltigen Betriebsmodellen
 - Sehr gute Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Koordinations-, Kommunikations- und Stakeholdermanagement-Fähigkeiten

## Description

Sie möchten den Aufbau einer skalierbaren und sicheren IT-Infrastruktur für eine zentrale Softwareplattform verantworten? Als IT-Infrastrukturmanager (m/w/d) koordinieren Sie die technische Infrastruktur für die Levelbuild-Plattform und bringen Cloud-, Netzwerk-, Security- und Betriebsanforderungen zusammen. Dabei steuern Sie interne IT-Teams sowie externe Dienstleister und schaffen ein nachhaltiges Infrastructure-as-a-Service-Modell (IaaS). Von Entwicklungs-, Test- und Produktivumgebungen bis zur Übergabe in den Regelbetrieb stellen Sie einen sicheren und langfristig supportfähigen Betrieb sicher.

## Ihre Aufgaben

 - Zentrale Koordination des Aufbaus der IT-Infrastruktur für die Levelbuild-Plattform sowie Ermittlung und Abstimmung von Infrastruktur-, Sicherheits- und Betriebsanforderungen
 - Steuerung interner IT-Teams, Levelbuild und externer Cloud- und Infrastruktur-Dienstleister sowie Zusammenführung von Cloud-, Netzwerk-, Firewall-, Datenbank-, Zertifikats-, Monitoring- und Backup-Services
 - Koordination von Identity & Access Management (IAM), technischen Benutzern und Zugriffsberechtigungen sowie Planung der Entwicklungs-, Test- und Produktivumgebungen
 - Steuerung von Security-, Compliance- und Architekturprüfungen einschließlich Schwachstellen- und Patchmanagement
 - Definition von Verantwortlichkeiten, Service Levels (SLA) sowie Support-, Incident- und Eskalationsprozessen und Entwicklung eines nachhaltigen Infrastructure-as-a-Service-Modells
 - Erstellung der Infrastruktur-Roadmap, Betriebs- und Servicedokumentation sowie strukturierte Übergabe der Plattforminfrastruktur in einen langfristig supportfähigen IT-Regelbetrieb
