## Description

Administration und Verwaltung von DATEV Onlineanwendungen

 - Betreuung, Pflege und technische Administration der DATEV Online-Produkte
 - Verwaltung von Benutzerrechten, Mandantenzugängen und Systemkonfiguration
 - Überwachung der Funktionsfähigkeit sowie Fehleranalyse und -behebung
 - Technischer Support
 - Unterstützung bei technischen und funktionalen Fragestellungen zu DATEV Anwendungen
 - Allgemeiner First- und Second-Level-Support für Office- und Standardsoftwaren
 - Dokumentation und Optimierung interner Supportprozesse
 - Einrichtung & Schulung zu DATEV Unternehmen Online
 - Einrichtung der Arbeitsumgebung für Mandanten (Belegtransfer, Zahlungsverkehr etc.)
 - Durchführung von Schulungen für Mandanten und Mitarbeitende
 - Begleitung bei der Einführung digitaler Buchhaltungsprozesse (falls relevant)
 - Schnittstellen & Automatisierung
 - Einrichtung und Pflege von Schnittstellen zwischen DV-Systemen und DATEV
 - Entwicklung und Umsetzung automatisierter Workflows für die Finanzbuchhaltung (falls relevant)
 - Analyse von Prozessoptimierungen und digitale Weiterentwicklung
