* First Level & User Helpdesk: Du bist die primäre Anlaufstelle für Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei Fragen, Anliegen und Störungen rund um Soft- und Hardware.
 * IT-Equipment & Infrastruktur: Du übernimmst die Einrichtung, Installation und laufende Instandhaltung von PCs, Druckern, Telefoniekomponenten und Netzwerk-Hardware.
 * User-Management: Die Vergabe und Pflege von Benutzerrechten sowie die Lizenzverwaltung liegen zuverlässig in deinen Händen.
 * Software-Support: Du stehst Anwender:innen bei der Nutzung und Konfiguration gängiger Programme mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
 * Projektmitarbeit: Du bringst dich in spannende IT-Projekte ein und unterstützt aktiv bei der Administration der Serverumgebung.
