## Description

* Du planst, implementierst und betreust die IT-Infrastruktur von aconnic und NewTal und stellst Verfügbarkeit sowie Leistungsfähigkeit der Systeme sicher
 * Du verwaltest Microsoft- und Linux-Server sowie Virtualisierungsumgebungen mit VMware, Hyper-V und Proxmox und sorgst für eine stabile und leistungsfähige IT-Landschaft
 * Du betreust unsere Netzwerkinfrastruktur mit Fortinet Firewalls und HPE Switches, konfigurierst Routing und VLANs und optimierst Sicherheit sowie Performance
 * Du administrierst Active Directory, DNS, DHCP und weitere Domain-Dienste und stellst deren reibungslose Integration sicher
 * Du planst und führst Updates sowie Patches durch und gewährleistest Stabilität, Sicherheit und Aktualität unserer IT-Systeme
 * Du entwickelst und administrierst unsere Microsoft 365 Umgebung mit Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Teams und Exchange Online
 * Du betreust Microsoft-Terminal-Server, Remote-Desktop-Dienste sowie unsere Backupinfrastruktur auf Basis von Veeam Backup & Replication
 * Du unterstützt Anwender im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support, löst komplexe IT-Probleme und steuerst IT-Projekte im Server- und Netzwerkumfeld gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern
