## Description

* 1st und 2nd Level Support (Annahme, Bewertung, Priorisierung und Lösung von Problemen und Service Anfragen)
 * Installation und Konfiguration von PCs, Druckern und Peripheriegeräten
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Fachbereichen
 * Mitwirkung an der Umstellung von IT-technischen Projekten, sowie der Umsetzung und Entwicklung der Unternehmensstandards und IT Prozesse
 * Bearbeitung des internen Ticket-Systems
 * Fehleranalyse und -behebung für Laptops, Desktop-PCs, Drucker, Mobiltelefone
 * Einrichtung und Installation neuer Geräte
