Core Responsibilities: * Designs, modifies, develops, writes, and implements reports and enhancements to software programming applications; * Develops ad hoc reports against the Credit Union's data for the user community, utilizing Symitar software, T-SQL, and SQL Server Reporting Services(SSRS) Power BI or other reporting tools; * Supports and installs software applications; * Develops specifications and code using SQL, scripting, and proprietary software languages; * Works either independently or as a project team member to define system requirements and business requirements; * Acts as a consultant on projects, providing technical expertise as needed; * Responds to end-user calls for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and guidance; * Works closely with vendors/software subcontractors for the deployment of software solutions, monitoring, triage, and resolution of complex issues; * Provides production support for day-to-day operations of Third-Party Systems within the Credit Union; * Ensures that appropriate documentation and procedures are in place for each production system developed or enhanced; * Lead the project team or business users in the execution of data validation and quality; * Provide documentation, technical specifications, and infrastructure requirements for each project; * Continuously monitor industry trends, standards, and technologies.
