This role is not a traditional IT position. The Director of AI & Legal Innovation will lead the firm's strategy, implementation, governance, and operational integration of artificial intelligence technologies across legal operations, client experience, workflow automation, and internal business systems. The ideal candidate combines strong product and systems thinking, practical AI implementation experience, workflow/process design capability, operational leadership, and the ability to translate emerging technologies into scalable business outcomes. This individual will work closely with executive leadership, attorneys, software developers, operations teams, and external technology partners to design and implement AI-native legal workflows that improve efficiency, client experience, accessibility, quality, and scalability while maintaining the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and legal compliance.
