We are driven, curious and highly delivery oriented, operating in a highly visible, dynamic project environment. Your tasks as IT Operations Manager * Functional Management * Foster collaboration across departments and disciplines to ensure seamless service delivery * Indirectly, jointly manage and enable the IT operations team (~ 10-15employees) at internal & external IT Supplier via local disciplinary management * Support development of a future orientated IT Target Operating Model * Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination * Collaborate with internal stakeholders (business units & internal IT Service Partner) and external service providers (SAP & other XaaS providers/ system suppliers) to ensure operational efficiency. * Maintain strong relationships on operational level to stakeholders ascertain stable delivery (platform stability & application support) * Escalation & Incident Management * Act as the primary escalation point for critical operational issues * Drive resolution in a solution-oriented manner, ensuring minimal business disruption * Constantly look for continuous improvements to grow the capabilities according to the Shape+ project roadmap (growth path) * Governance & Performance Monitoring * Oversee day-to-day operations of (SAP Cloud) platforms * Design and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to ensure internal and external service excellence incl.
