* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im IT-Bereich
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Virtualisierungstechnologien wie VMware und Hyper-V, SAN-Strukturen sowie Netzwerktechnologien im LAN-, WAN- und VPN-Umfeld
 * Erfahrung im Management technischer Geräte sowie in der Administration von Cloud-Anwendungen, insbesondere Azure AD und Microsoft 365
 * Expertise in Sicherheitslösungen wie Firewalls, Zertifikatsmanagement und Authentifizierungsmechanismen, z. B. 802.1X
 * Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Problemlösungskompetenz
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Idealerweise Zertifizierungen im Aruba-Umfeld oder Microsoft-Zertifizierungen wie Azure Administrator Associate oder Teams Administrator Associate

## Description

Infrastruktur & Netzwerk

 * Planung, Betrieb und Wartung unserer Rechenzentrumsinfrastruktur inkl. Virtualisierung (VMware, Hyper-V) mit Fokus auf Hochverfügbarkeit, Datenreplikation und Failover sowie SAN-Storage (HPE, 3PAR, Fujitsu) und Netzwerktechnologien (LAN/WAN, VPN, FibreChannel)
 * Einrichtung und Betrieb von Switches, WLAN-Controllern und Access Points (Aruba) inkl. 802.1x-Authentifizierung via Aruba ClearPass
 * Integration neuer Anwendungen und IT-Systeme in bestehende Infrastrukturen

Anwendungs- & Cloud-Management

 * Betreuung zentraler Unternehmensanwendungen (MS Exchange, MS SQL, Microsoft 365, Citrix) sowie Lizenz- und Rechteverwaltung über Azure Active Directory inkl. Benutzerrechten und App-Freigaben in Microsoft Teams
 * Integration hybrider und Multi-Cloud-Umgebungen (AWS, Azure) sowie Einsatz von DevOps-Tooling (CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible)

Deployment & Patchmanagement

 * Planung und Durchführung von IT-Rollouts inkl. Release-Management, CMDB-Dokumentation und Einhaltung von Qualitäts- sowie Compliance-Anforderungen
 * Regelmäßige Bewertung, Planung und Implementierung von Sicherheitspatches über alle Systeme hinweg (Server, Endgeräte, Anwendungen) mit minimalen Betriebsunterbrechungen

Digitalisierung, Monitoring & Reporting

 * Unterstützung bei der Prozessautomatisierung und Entwicklung datenbasierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
 * Kontinuierliches Performance-Monitoring kritischer Systeme sowie eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Statusberichten
