Eigenmotivation, Im Jahr 2022 hat Interzero 2,1 Millionen Tonnen Wertstoffe im Kreislauf geführt. So konnten wir 8,7 Millionen Tonnen Primärressourcen schonen. Dies entspricht dem Gesamtgewicht von mehr als 170.000 Einfamilienhäusern. Meet the teamKarin Schroer
Mein Arbeitsalltag bei Interzero ist sehr vielfältig und jeden Tag anders. Ich mache die Ressourcen- und Zeitplanung, koordiniere aber auch neue Projekte und priorisiere Aufgaben. Ich habe Freiheiten und kann mir selbst Schwerpunkte setzen. Neben meiner normalen Tätigkeit macht es mir auch Spaß, als Nachhaltigkeitsbotschafterin aktiv mit Kolleg*innen verschiedene Initiativen voranzutreiben.
