## About the Role

* Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik, des Ingenieurwesens oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
 * Du verfügst über erste praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken (SQL) sowie einer Data-Science-Programmiersprache wie Python.
 * Idealerweise konntest Du bereits Erfahrungen mit marktgängigen Tools zur intelligenten Prozessanalyse und Automatisierung sammeln, beispielsweise Celonis, Signavio oder Microsoft Power Automate.
 * Bestenfalls bringst Du bereits erste Erfahrungen in einer Beratungs-, Prozess- oder Technologieumgebung mit.
 * Ein ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis, Neugierde sowie ein großes Interesse an den Abläufen und Herausforderungen unserer Mandant:innen zeichnen Dich aus.

## Description

* Als (Junior) Consultant (w/m/d) unterstützt Du unsere Kund:innen bei der Analyse bestehender Prozesse, der Entwicklung passender Optimierungsmaßnahmen sowie deren Implementierung und nachhaltigen Einführung in die Organisation.
 * Dabei nutzt Du innovative Technologien wie Process Mining, Low-Code-Plattformen und Artificial Intelligence, um effiziente und zukunftsorientierte Lösungen zu entwickeln.
 * Du beobachtest kontinuierlich technologische Trends, identifizierst relevante Innovationen und bewertest deren Potenzial für den Einsatz bei unseren Kund:innen.
 * Schritt für Schritt übernimmst Du eigene Verantwortung in Projekten, analysierst fachliche Herausforderungen und begleitest unsere Mandant:innen von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Lösungen.
 * Darüber hinaus bringst Du Deine Ideen aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsleistungen und Methoden ein.
