 * Soft Skills : Résolution de problèmes, orientation client, vulgarisation de concepts complexes et anglais courant.

## Description

* Stratégie : Co-construction de roadmaps et priorisation de chantiers à fort impact business via une cultur_e data-driv_en.
 * Delivery : Pilotage du développement, mesure et optimisation des produits IA/Data en méthodologie Agile.
 * Pilotage : Création de dashboards et de KPIs pour monitorer l'efficacité des solutions.
 * Collaboration : Interface clé entre les équipes Techniques, Business et Data pour garantir l'innovation des produits IA.

 2. Développement de l'offre Interne
 * Contribution active à l'offre "Product Data IA" : veille technologique, avant-ventes et rayonnement lors d'événements marketing.

 3. Mentoring & Transmission
 * Formation : Animation de programmes internes pour faire monter en compétences les futurs talents.
 * Coaching : Accompagnement de profils juniors selon ton expertise.
