The candidate should be comfortable working in production-grade environments and driving automation to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and support scalable operations., * Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, CloudWatch, and Load Balancers. * Strong experience in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code. * Hands-on experience administering IBM WebSphere Application Server. * Experience with WebSphere scripting using wsadmin and Jython. * Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD tools. * Good scripting knowledge in Python, Shell, or similar. * Good understanding of Linux or Unix systems. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Experience with Git-based source control and deployment workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating infrastructure provisioning, WebSphere administration, deployment workflows, and configuration management across enterprise environments., * Design and implement infrastructure automation on AWS using Terraform. * Manage and automate IBM WebSphere Application Server administration tasks. * Build and maintain scripts for WebSphere configuration, deployment, and validation. * Support CI/CD pipeline integration using tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions. * Automate environment provisioning, configuration changes, and deployment processes. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and middleware issues. * Collaborate with application, DevOps, release, and platform teams for smooth delivery. * Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures. * Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise deployment standards.
