## About the Role

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with strong hands-on expertise across ITAM, ITOM, Vulnerability Response (VR), and ITSM, capable of independently managing end-to-end ServiceNow implementations from requirement discovery and solution design through configuration, integrations, testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare. Strong customer-facing, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills required.

Responsibilities span:

ITSM: Incident & Major Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Enablement, Request Management & Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, SLA Management

ITAM: HAM asset lifecycle and SAM software licensing/compliance

ITOM: CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Service Graph Connectors

Vulnerability Response: ingestion, CI correlation, risk-based prioritization, remediation workflows, integration with Qualys/Tenable/Rapid7/Microsoft Defender

Also covers integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Import Sets/Transform Maps, plus testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
