This role is ideal for a seasoned, hands-on developer who can contribute approximately 20 hours per week and quickly become productive across C#, .NET, Blazor, JavaScript, SQL Server, Azure, and Azure DevOps. Technical ability is only part of the equation. We're looking for someone confident and collaborative who can bring new ideas to the table, respectfully challenge established approaches when appropriate, and build a productive working relationship with an experienced senior developer.
