## About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. Epic Systems Analyst with strong experience in Epic Payer Platform applications. This role will be responsible for system analysis, configuration, implementation, testing, support, and workflow optimization., * Bachelor s degree or equivalent healthcare experience.

 * 5 7+ years of Epic systems experience.
 * Epic Application Certification/Accreditation required.
 * Hands-on experience with Epic configuration, testing, and implementation.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
 * Healthcare industry experience required.

Preferred:

 * 5+ years of Epic Payer Platform experience.
 * Experience with Payer Platform Core, Member Experience, or Tapestry.
 * Healthcare payer/insurance experience strongly preferred.
 * Project management experience.

## Description

* Analyze business requirements and design Epic solutions.
 * Configure, build, test, implement, and support Epic Payer Platform applications.
 * Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support.
 * Analyze and optimize workflows and user experience.
 * Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
 * Lead or contribute to medium-to-large Epic projects.
 * Perform root-cause analysis and drive process improvements.
