## About the Role

* Minimum 10 years of experience supporting ERP Financial systems.
 * At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Financials.
 * Strong functional knowledge of:
 + General Ledger (GL)
 + Accounts Payable (AP)
 + Asset Management
 + Travel & Expense (T&E)
 * Strong experience working directly with business users to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
 * Strong technical expertise in:
 + PL/SQL
 + Oracle APIs
 + OTBI Reporting
 + Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
 + Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP)
 * Experience analyzing quarterly Oracle patches and developing detailed test plans for Oracle Fusion ERP.
 * Hands-on experience developing and supporting integrations using OIC and ATP.
 * Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
 * Experience with offshore/onsite coordination and handoffs.
 * Oracle certification in Financials modules is a plus.

## Description

* Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion ERP Finance, with a focus on:
 + General Ledger (GL)
 + Accounts Payable (AP)
 + Asset Management
 + Travel & Expense (T&E)
 * Diagnose and resolve system issues, validate Oracle configurations, and collaborate with Oracle Support when required.
 * Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP).
 * Develop and modify custom financial workflows, reports, and dashboards using Oracle Fusion tools, including OTBI and PL/SQL.
 * Analyze and test quarterly Oracle patches to ensure smooth upgrades and continued system functionality.
 * Work closely with business users to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions aligned with business needs.
 * Support offshore/onsite coordination, knowledge transfer, and project handoffs.
