Master's Degree preferred., * 3-5+ years of experience in an analytical environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience ## Description Gathers, consolidates, maintains, and presents departmental and project based business intelligence based on historical data / data warehouse, using latest generation, interactive visualization tools., * Develop, maintain, and optimize data models and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to support enterprise reporting needs. * Translate business requirements (provided by Sr. Business Analysts) into scalable data solutions, including data models, transformations, and visualizations. * Partner with Creative IT and data engineering teams to source, structure, and integrate data from the enterprise data warehouse into reporting environments. * Ensure data accuracy, validation, and integrity across all reporting outputs; proactively identify and resolve data issues. * Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize reporting performance and usability, including query efficiency and dashboard design improvements. * Support ad hoc analysis and data exploration to enable deeper insights and faster decision-making * Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities. * Performs other duties as assigned., * Practices the UO Service Expectations - Be ready, Be present, Be a hero!
