This role owns the end-to-end AI product lifecycle and portfolio, from strategy and opportunity identification through deployment, scaling, adoption, and optimization, with accountability for business outcomes and value realization. This leader serves as a strategic connector between business functions and technology teams, driving alignment, prioritization, and execution across complex enterprise AI initiatives. Operating as a senior leader, this individual influences enterprise priorities and delivers scalable, repeatable AI solutions across Member organizations. The role requires strong strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational influence. This leader also represents The Mutual Group through industry engagement, conferences, speaking opportunities, and external partnerships while staying current on emerging AI trends, technologies, and market developments. Work Arrangement: * Employees who live within 30 miles of the TMG home office are expected to follow a hybrid or in-office schedule. The initial training period may require additional in-office days.
