The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, scripting, and executing load and performance test scenarios using LoadRunner. You will collaborate with senior performance engineers to monitor application behavior, analyze bottlenecks, and ensure applications meet established non-functional requirements and SLAs., * Test Execution & Scripting: Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated performance test scripts using LoadRunner across web-based and mainframe environments. * Baseline & Bottleneck Analysis: Assist in establishing application performance baselines and conducting initial bottleneck analysis during load execution. * System Monitoring: Utilize enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk) during test execution to track system health, resource utilization, and application performance metrics. * Requirements Translation: Work with project teams to understand Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and non-functional requirements, translating them into executable test scenarios. * Cloud Performance Testing: Execute performance tests within cloud-hosted or hybrid environments (AWS/Azure). * Reporting & Data Support: Collect, analyze, and format test results to assist senior engineers in generating actionable performance findings and capacity recommendations. ## Related Videos - [Our journey with Spring Boot in a microservice architecture](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/511-our-journey-with-spring-boot-in-a-microservice-architecture) - [JavaScript?
