Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. * Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility or active TS/SCI. * Current DoD 8140 compliant certification such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Cisco CCNA. * 3+ years of professional experience integrating hardware and software solutions within networked IT environments. * Experience implementing solutions using cloud computing services and hosting technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS). * Broad understanding of the full lifecycle for integrating hardware and software into secure IT environments. * Experience supporting system testing, phased deployments, implementation, and end user training. * Experience facilitating technical working groups and coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders. * Familiarity with secure system integration planning, implementation, and transition activities. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences. * Experience preparing technical documentation, leadership briefings, reports, and project status updates., * Experience supporting mission critical IT programs within Department of Defense or other government environments. ## Description Leidos is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Keyport. In this role, you will help plan, coordinate, and execute the integration of hardware and software solutions within a secure IT environment that supports the Unmanned Underwater Vehicle Operations Center (UUVOC). Working closely with government leadership and cross functional technical teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring complex systems are successfully integrated, tested, and deployed in support of critical Navy missions. Program Timing: This position supports an upcoming proposal opportunity with an anticipated September start.
