## About the Role

* 4+ years of experience in software development
 * Strong knowledge of Node.js & modern JavaScript/TypeScript
 * Experience with React and Next.js
 * Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and MongoDB
 * Hands-on experience with AWS deployment workflows
 * Practical experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) as part of a daily development workflow
 * Familiarity with integrating LLM APIs into production applications is a strong plus
 * Strong debugging/problem-solving skills
 * Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
 * Good communication skills

## Description

* Building and scaling backend services and APIs
 * Developing modern web and mobile applications
 * Designing system architecture and leading technical decisions

 * Integrating AI/LLM capabilities into products and internal workflows
 * Leveraging AI coding assistants to ship faster without compromising quality
 * Improving performance, reliability, and security
 * Collaborating with product, design, and management teams

 * LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and prompt engineering fundamentals

Responsibilities

 * Lead feature development and technical planning
 * Write clean, scalable, maintainable code
 * Use AI tools effectively to accelerate development, code review, and debugging
 * Mentor junior developers, including on best practices for AI-assisted workflows
 * Analyze and solve complex technical problems
 * Deploy and maintain applications on AWS
 * Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
 * Maintain high standards of performance and security
