As a Production Support Engineer specializing in IBM Integration, you will play a crucial role in maintaining business operations and providing application support for Medicaid systems. Your responsibilities will include real-time monitoring, incident response, production reliability enhancement, and automation implementation within a highly integrated healthcare technology environment., * Maintain business operations and provide application support for Medicaid systems

 * Collaborate with engineering, vendors, and business teams to ensure system health and data flow
