Build Directly With Customers * Observe how customers use their applications and identify the interactions and state changes automation needs to capture. * Investigate failures in customer environments, tracing problems through browser behavior, application state, and execution services. * Turn application-specific discoveries into reusable recording, targeting, and recovery capabilities. * Help customers record and troubleshoot workflows independently, using their experience to improve the product. Shape Technical Direction & Grow the Team * Own architectural decisions for browser recording and execution, including recording fidelity, element targeting, and browser state. * Partner with AI engineers to define the observations and actions agents need to operate applications reliably. * Mentor peers through design discussions and code reviews, and participate in hiring. ## Related Videos - [Boost Productivity with AI: Figma & Playwright MCP Workflows - Aris Markogiannakis](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1768-boost-productivity-with-ai-figma-playwright-mcp-workflows-aris-markogiannakis) - [Do TypeScript without TypeScript](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/327-do-typescript-without-typescript) - [Developing the Backend with Stefan Lingler, CTO at Shpock](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100360-developing-the-backend-with-stefan-lingler-cto-at-shpock) - [But, you're not Facebook](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/378-but-you-re-not-facebook) - [Meet Your New BFF: Backend to Frontend without the Duct Tape](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/682-meet-your-new-bff-backend-to-frontend-without-the-duct-tape) - [Building software that scales with Typescript](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/415-building-software-that-scales-with-typescript) ## Related Articles - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Exploring TypeScript: Benefits for Large-Scale JavaScript Projects](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/554-exploring-typescript-benefits-for-large-scale-javascript-projects) - [Dev Digest 131 - AI'm not sure about OSS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/472-dev-digest-131-ai-m-not-sure-about-oss) - [Highest Paying Tech Companies for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/220-highest-paying-tech-companies-for-developers) - [Dev Digest 130 - The Diablo is in the details](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/470-dev-digest-130-the-diablo-is-in-the-details) - [The 8 Best Code Testing Tools](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/402-the-8-best-code-testing-tools)
