## About the Role

* 3+ years' experience in Data Science / ML modelling roles
 * Strong foundation in machine learning & statistical modelling (classification, regression, ranking)
 * Experience with recommendation, ranking, or personalisation systems
 * Strong Python skills (scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM, PyTorch or TensorFlow)
 * Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale datasets (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift etc.)

## Description

* Developing and refining predictive models for ranking, recommendation, and yield optimisation
 * Applying ML and statistical techniques to large-scale behavioural datasets
 * Driving feature engineering and defining core data concepts for feature stores
 * Running offline model evaluation, experimentation, and performance diagnostics
 * Identifying opportunities to expand ML across business and product areas
 * Translating business questions into robust modelling approaches and insights
