## About the Role

* 3+ years' experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
 * Strong commercial experience with Python and SQL.
 * Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models.
 * Experience working with PySpark, Spark, or Databricks.
 * Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modelling and feature engineering.
 * Experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
 * Experience working within cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders.

Desirable Experience

 * MLOps tools such as MLflow.
 * Docker and Kubernetes.
 * Time series forecasting, NLP or Generative AI.
 * Experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device or other highly regulated industries.

## Description

* Design, develop and deploy machine learning and predictive analytics solutions.
 * Analyse large, complex datasets to identify trends, insights and business opportunities.
 * Build, validate and optimise statistical and machine learning models.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineers and data teams to translate business challenges into scalable analytical solutions.
 * Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science methodologies, best practices and model governance.
