## About the Role

* High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
 * 1+ years of professional experience in IT support, licensing operations, or asset tracking., * Bachelor's degree in an IT discipline.
 * Strong organization skills and ability to handle high request volume in a fast-paced environment.
 * Comfortable with spreadsheets, basic tracking tools, and attention to detail.
 * Solid communication skills with technical teams and vendors.
 * Exposure to software tools in aerospace/engineering environments.
 * Experience in high-growth or high-cadence operations.
 * Familiarity with basic licensing models or inventory systems., * To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. ## Description

The IT Licensing Technician keeps the licensing engine running by owning the high-volume day-to-day activities. In this role, you'll handle request intake/fulfillment, inventory tracking, basic VAR coordination, and off-the-shelf software support. This high-ownership role ensures engineers receive tools quickly during critical campaigns., * Process high-volume license and user requests with speed and accuracy.

 * Manage inventory, track counts, and flag issues early.
 * Handle one-off/off-the-shelf software procurement, deployment, and maintenance.
 * Partner with VARs for basic allocations and operational support.
 * Generate simple usage reports and maintain records.
 * Take repetitive toil/churn off Analysts and continuously reduce friction for users.
 * Coordinate with IT Services for seamless delivery.
