## About the Role

* Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en IT, idéalement dans un environnement industriel, manufacturier ou agroalimentaire.
 * Capacité démontrée à combiner vision stratégique et exécution opérationnelle.
 * Expérience dans la gestion de fournisseurs et de partenaires externes.
 * Bonne maîtrise des infrastructures IT (systèmes, réseaux, virtualisation, Microsoft 365, cybersécurité).
 * Connaissance des ERP industriels et compréhension des processus de production.
 * Sensibilité aux enjeux IT/OT et aux environnements industriels connectés.
 * Expérience en gestion de projets, transformation organisationnelle et pilotage budgétaire.
 * Pragmatique, orienté solutions et proche du terrain, avec d'excellentes capacités de communication auprès d'interlocuteurs techniques et non techniques.
 * Une expérience de carve-out, de migration ERP ou de séparation IT constitue un atout majeur.
 * Français et anglais professionnels requis.

## Description

Véritable partenaire du business, vous évoluez à l'intersection de la stratégie et de l'opérationnel. Votre mission s'articule autour de deux phases :

 * Build : définir et mettre en place un modèle IT autonome (infrastructures, applications, cybersécurité, support et gouvernance), piloter les projets de transition et structurer l'organisation cible.
 * Run : assurer la gestion quotidienne de l'IT et de l'OT, manager les partenaires et équipes, piloter les budgets, garantir la continuité des opérations et accompagner les évolutions technologiques du site.
