## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in the development of web-based applications.
 * Experience with backend development using Node.js and JavaScript.
 * Experience with frontend development using React and CSS.
 * Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational database systems (RDMS).
 * Experience with Microservices and distributed application architecture.
 * Experience with RabbitMQ for messaging and integration.
 * Experience with containerization using Docker.
 * You are proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of taking technical responsibility for architectural decisions.
 * You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level of proficiency.

Nice to Haves

 * Experience leading a development team or coaching other developers.
 * Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning models including LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) or VLMs.
 * Experience with Vector databases, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering.
 * Knowledge of Elixir or Redis.
 * Experience with Scrum and Agile development methodologies in a leading capacity.

* Contribute to the full development cycle of web-based applications including design and integration.
 * Develop and expand microservices and distributed applications within a specialized digital ecosystem.
 * Collaborate within a multidisciplinary agile team to ensure high-quality software delivery.
 * Take responsibility for the performance, scalability, and maintainability of developed solutions.
 * Perform coding, testing, and debugging tasks with a focus on high-quality code standards.
 * Support the integration of innovative technologies and AI models into existing applications.
