## Description

* Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der SAP-HCM-Zeitwirtschaft (PT) im laufenden Betrieb
 * Customizing von Schemen, Zyklen und Zeitmodellen entsprechend arbeitsrechtlicher und betrieblicher Anforderungen
 * Analyse und Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus HR-Fachbereichen, insbesondere Zeitwirtschaft und Personaladministration
 * Mitarbeit und fachliche Verantwortung in internen SAP-HCM-Projekten sowie bei Systemanpassungen
 * Unterstützung im Second- und Third-Level-Support bei komplexen Fragestellungen
 * Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen und Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Nationaler
