## Description

* Betreuung der IT-Hotline und Sicherstellung eines serviceorientierten 1st-Level-Supports
 * Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von IT-Tickets in einem ITSM-Tool
 * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Knowledge-Base
 * Unterstützung der Rezepteinreichungs- und Abrechnungsprozesse im Microsoft Business Central (BC)
 * Prüfung und Bearbeitung von IT-Rechnungen
 * Durchführung von IT-Beschaffungen (Bedarfsermittlung, Bestellung, Lieferantenauswahl, Reklamationen)
 * Verwaltung des IT-Budgets sowie von Lizenz- und Wartungsverträgen
 * Inventarisierung und Verwaltung der IT-Hardware
 * Überwachung von Lagerbeständen sowie Koordination der fachgerechten Hardware-Entsorgung
