* 1 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
 * Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Jira und idealerweise Erfahrung mit eazyBI und Confluence

Für unserer Kunden im öffentlichen Bereich suchen wir eine kommunikative und lösungsorientierte Person, die agile Teams im Arbeitsalltag begleitet und für klare Abläufe sorgt. In dieser Rolle verbindest du agile Zusammenarbeit mit fundierten Jira-Kenntnissen, analytischem Denken und professionellem Meetingmanagement., * Begleitung agiler Prozesse sowie Vorbereitung und Moderation der relevanten Termine

 * Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Retrospektiven
 * Pflege agiler Boards sowie Umsetzung sinnvoller Automatisierungen in Jira
 * Erstellung und Interpretation von Auswertungen mit eazyBI inklusive Ableitung erforderlicher Maßnahmen
 * Dokumentations- und Kommunikationsunterstützung für Projekt- und Subgruppenleitungen
 * Moderation von Workshops und Unterstützung größerer Gruppen
