 * Erfahrung mit Secure Coding, Secure Operations und Security by Design

 * Konzepte wie Code-Versionierung, Code Review, Kanban, automatisierte Tests und Builds, Automatisierung, wartbarer und lesbarer Code

 * Erfahrung mit den Workflows und den detaillierten Abläufen dieser Institute

 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Mitarbeitern dieser Institutionen

 * Erfahrung im Support dieser Mitarbeiter und deren Häuser

 * Genaues Verständnis der Abläufe, um Prozessschritte, Dokumente und Drucksorten besser verstehen und entwickeln zu können
