## About the Role

We are seeking a Power BI Developer / Data Analyst with strong experience in data visualization, SQL development, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable dashboards and reports while working closely with business stakeholders to translate data requirements into actionable insights. ## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
 * Work directly with business stakeholders and leadership to gather requirements and translate them into data visualization solutions.
 * Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple data sources.
 * Develop and maintain SSRS reports and optimize existing reporting solutions.
 * Build and manage SSIS packages for data integration, transformation, and ETL workflows.
 * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization across reporting environments.
 * Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues.
 * Support enhancements and maintenance of existing dashboards, reports, and data pipelines.
 * Provide data analysis and recommendations to help drive business strategies and operational improvements.
 * Document reporting solutions, data models, and processes for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
