Buscamos un/a Genesys Cloud Engineer / Specialist con experiencia en entornos de Contact Center, automatización de procesos de atención al cliente y soluciones de IA conversacional.

Modalidad: principalmente remoto, con reuniones presenciales puntuales en Madrid., * Al menos 3 años de experiencia profesional.

 * Experiencia sólida trabajando con Genesys Cloud en entornos de Contact Center.
 * Experiencia en automatización de procesos de atención al cliente.
 * Experiencia en la construcción o implementación de agentes de IA en Genesys Cloud.
 * Experiencia con Genesys Dialog Engine y/o Genesys Virtual Agent.
 * Experiencia realizando integraciones mediante Genesys Data Actions.
 * Conocimientos generales de IA, LLMs e IA Generativa.
 * Formación en FP, CFGS, Grado universitario o equivalente.

## Description

* Diseñar y automatizar procesos de atención al cliente sobre Genesys Cloud.
 * Desarrollar e implementar agentes de IA y soluciones conversacionales dentro de Genesys Cloud.
 * Trabajar con Genesys Dialog Engine y/o Genesys Virtual Agent.
 * Configurar integraciones mediante Genesys Data Actions con sistemas externos, como CRM, servicios backend y APIs.
 * Participar en iniciativas relacionadas con IA, LLMs e IA Generativa aplicadas al Contact Center.
