WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 * Years' experience: minimum 10 years in a similar role.

 * Bachelor's Degree.

 * Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center (CCaaS).

 * Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.

 * Strong experience with Power Platform.

 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

 * Experience working in Agile environments and DevOps practices.

 * Experience leading technical teams and collaborating across multiple squads.

 * Azure knowledge is highly desirable.

 * English: Advanced (C1).

## Description

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks :

 * Provide technical leadership and guidance to Software Engineers and SDETs across build and support squads.

 * Act as the technical liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and technical decisions.

 * Drive the delivery of new features, customizations, and enhancements within the Dynamics 365 CCaaS platform.

 * Lead troubleshooting, issue resolution, bug fixes, and performance optimization in production environments.

 * Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and security teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

 * Promote DevOps best practices, automation, monitoring, logging, and CI/CD pipelines across squads.

 * Ensure compliance with design principles, coding standards, and configuration-over-customization best practices.

 * Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and technical excellence.
