## About the Role

* Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering*
 * 5 years of professional experience
 * Deep knowledge in CAD and PLM tools, Siemens NX/Teamcenter preferred
 * Comfortable in handling large assemblies
 * Experience in the field of configuration management and modularisation
 * Self-motivated and results-focused, with the ability to connect people, drive collaboration, and achieve objectives on time.
 * Fluent English language skills required. Fluent Spanish/German will be a plus

## Description

* Define space allocation models for components and perform the geometrical integration of systems in the wind turbine layout
 * Prepare and moderate design reviews in collaboration with other departments inside Nordex and external suppliers
 * Create the layout design considering geometrical requirements coming from Product Management, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Service and HSE
 * Identify synergies across projects and products to increase reuse of parts and decrease complexity and cost
 * Determine the scope of new design based on Engineering Change Request
