Nice to have: + Knowledge of network and security environments. + Scripting experience in Python, Bash or PowerShell. + Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP. + Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. + Understanding of Scrum frameworks and ceremonies. + Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. + Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement. + Collaborative team player with a passion for knowledge sharing. + End-to-end ownership mentality and ability to work autonomously. + Interest in mentoring and supporting the development of colleagues. ## Description We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Java Developer to join our DDoS Squad within the Global Security Organization (GSO). The responsibility of this team is to design, develop and maintain software solutions that manage firewall rules and strengthen the security of ING's global network infrastructure. The squad operates in an international environment with colleagues located across several countries, working together to deliver secure, scalable and resilient solutions. Our way of working is based on Agile and DevOps principles, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement and end-to-end ownership. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions that support ING's security landscape.
