 * Gestión de dispositivos móviles vía MDM.
 * Mantenimiento de inventario de hardware/software.
 * Actualización de registros y estado de activos IT.
 * Atención a incidencias con Microsoft Office 365.
 * Manejo de herramientas de seguridad como Sentinel One.
 * Diagnóstico y reparación de equipos (microinformática).
