This is a varied role combining administration, data management, system support and innovation. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, helping ensure systems operate efficiently, data remains accurate and new technology and processes are successfully implemented. You'll also have the opportunity to work alongside external system providers, contribute to automation projects and help identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency. This would suit someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new systems and getting to the bottom of how things work., * Producing month-end performance and statistical reports for clients. * Managing users and access across our internal systems. * Investigating and resolving system, upload, return and payment file issues. * Supporting the end-to-end client onboarding process and attending client inception meetings. * Managing the Systems inbox and ensuring queries are responded to within our 48-hour SLA. * Working with our CRM and other technology partners to understand system updates and identify opportunities for improvement. * Reviewing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies, reduce manual work and improve accuracy. * Supporting automation projects and helping ensure our clients are making the most effective use of our systems. * Managing and supporting technology add-ons and tools, * Supporting the implementation and integration of new systems, technologies and business projects. * Carrying out regular data cleansing and system reviews to maintain data quality and system efficiency. * Supporting the development and enhancement of system queries. * Creating process maps, documentation and training materials to support business continuity. * Helping to identify new automation opportunities and digital tools that could benefit the business. * Working collaboratively with the Head of Performance and Senior Performance Administrator on system-related projects and wider digital transformation. * Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and helping us stay ahead of the curve.
